Cultural & Destination Specialists, Inc., d/b/a Taylor & O’Neill, and Clare O’Neill do not make any claims or guarantee any specific results with respect to your participation in this workshop. Results will vary based on your level of effort, and even then, your results may vary.

In registering for this workshop you understand and release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Cultural & Destination Specialists, Inc., d/b/a Taylor & O’Neill and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (hereinafter referred to as Releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you, or any of the property belonging to you, whether caused by negligence of the Releasees, or otherwise, while participating in this workshop. You will be required to sign a separate Waiver and Release Agreement in order to participate in the workshop.

Payment + Cancellation Policy:

We have a firm cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel please see the refund policy listed below. In the unlikely event that a workshop must be cancelled due to inadequate enrollment, all fees and deposits are refunded in full. This determination will be made at least 30 days prior to the workshop.  Cultural & Destination Specialists, Inc., d/b/a Taylor & O’Neill is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets or other travel related expenses in the event of a workshop cancellation.

Cancel before July 8: Refund less an $85 administration fee
Cancel between July 9 – September 6:  Refund of $442.50 (50%)
Cancel between September 7 – September 21: No Refund

It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance that will cover your costs in case of cancellation or a medical emergency during your trip.
